Joanie Haggerty
Joanie Haggerty, Broker Associate/Owner, has been a licensed Colorado real estate agent since 1978. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After ten years of living in Aspen, She and her husband Dennis Wells purchased a home in Basalt in 1985. The small town atmosphere and strong sense of community in Basalt was important to them.

Prior to her affiliation with Basalt Realty, Joanie was a long time member of the Aspen Mountain Ski Patrol. She has found that living half-way between Aspen and Glenwood Springs is the perfect location to still enjoy all the sports and activities in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Joanie joined the Basalt Realty team in 1986. Since then she has concentrated her efforts on development parcels, ranch lands and home sales.
