Olwen Garcia
Born in England, Olwen Garcia came to Basalt with her husband, Jim, in 1970. They came, they saw, they stayed for over 33 years. After raising two sons here, Olwen and Jim wouldn't live anywhere else. "This is where we love to be."

Olwen's interests encompass gardening, walking, music, reading and "doing lunch" with her many friends! She has volunteered with the realtor fund drive for Music Associates of Aspen, with the Basalt Schools and with the Basalt Library. She attributes her successful career with Basalt Realty to the personalized service offered to buyers and sellers alike where her knowledge of the market, persistence and sunny personality come into play. "So many clients become great friends and I truly value the opportunity to help them realize their real estate goals."
